Shipping policy
1. General Shipping Information
We ship our products within Germany and internationally to selected countries. Shipping is handled by MBE Deutschland GmbH, and processing usually takes 5 business days.
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Options
Free shipping.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Standard shipping: approx. 7 business days
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Delays due to external factors (e.g., customs clearance) are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to the following countries/regions: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Denmark.
5. Tracking
After shipment, a tracking number may be provided if offered by the carrier.
6. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at peter.rudolf@art-ru.de.

Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items as well as the packaging so that we can find a solution.

Lost packages: If your order has not arrived after 14 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Returns & Complaints
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. Please contact us in advance at peter.rudolf@art-ru.de to register a return.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The goods must be carefully and securely packaged for transport. The process of repackaging must be documented by the customer with suitable photos (e.g., condition of the goods, inner packaging, padding, and sealed package).
If no such photo documentation is provided, the return will not be considered adequately insured. In this case, we reserve the right to hold the customer liable for any damage or loss of value resulting from improper packaging or return shipping.
The photo documentation serves solely as proof of proper packaging and must be provided upon request.
The costs of return shipping are borne by the customer.
